Rubber SD-Fenders information:

SD fenders are robust and versatile rubber bumpers widely used for ship and dock protection. They are produced through an advanced extrusion process and are available in a comprehensive range of designs and sizes. The flat back of an SD fender allows for straightforward installation on various surfaces, ensuring optimal protection for vessels and docks.

FenderTec offers an extensive range of SD fenders in the most commonly used sizes, all kept in stock to enable fast delivery. Custom sizes and customer-specific designs can also be produced with short lead times to meet unique requirements. Smaller SD fenders are available in longer lengths and can be manufactured in non-marking colors upon request.

SD fenders can be mounted in multiple ways, including horizontally, vertically, or diagonally, using bolts and/or mounting strips. The necessary mounting holes can be customized according to your needs, drilled either through the side or through the top and bottom of the fender.

FenderTec manufactures SD fenders tailored to your specifications and drawings, including vulcanized fenders with the required radii to fit seamlessly onto circular bows or sterns. SD fenders can be provided in custom lengths with bevelled ends for precise installation.
